Army Investigating Helicopter Fly By of Kid Rock 'Southern White House'

The Army’s doing a double-take after a military helicopter made what looked like a VIP flyby… at Kid Rock’s house. Video posted by Kid Rock shows an AH-64 Apache hovering near his Nashville place—right by the pool at what he calls his “southern White House.” He salutes and claps. Now the United States Army has launched an administrative review to figure out if this was legit training, a coincidence… or the world’s most aggressive “hey man, big fan.” They’re checking if the flight followed safety rules and airspace regs—especially since similar helicopters were spotted over a “No Kings” protest in Nashville the same day.

Tomb Raider Filming Pauses After Sophie Turner Injury

Production on the new Tomb Raider series from Amazon MGM Studios just hit pause after Sophie Turner—the new Lara Croft—picked up a “minor injury.” The studio says it’s precautionary, but filming is on ice for about two weeks while she recovers. No word on what happened or if it was on set. The show has been shooting in the UK since January and is still aiming for a 2027 release… assuming Lara gets back on her feet without any more plot twists. Turner had already hinted this role wasn’t exactly a spa day, calling the training “grueling” and admitting she’s dealing with ongoing back issues. So yeah—turns out raiding tombs is hard on the spine. The cast is stacked too, with Sigourney Weaver, Jason Isaacs, and Celia Imrie along for the ride.

Supreme Court Won't Hear Joe Exotic's Case

Joe Exotic just hit the end of the legal road—and it was a dead end with a “nope.” The Supreme Court of the United States refused to hear his appeal to overturn his 2019 conviction for plotting to have rival Carole Baskin killed. No big explanation, no drama—just a one-line rejection. Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, was convicted of hiring two men (including an undercover FBI agent—never a great choice) to carry out the murder-for-hire scheme. His lawyers argued the trial had errors and deserved another look, but the justices weren’t buying it. So now? The courtroom door is basically slammed shut. His only long-shot play is a presidential pardon—something he’s already tried pitching to Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and then Trump again. So far, radio silence.

Glen Powell Announces Fox McCloud Roll In 'Super Mario Galaxy Movie'

Glen Powell just grabbed a controller and leveled up—he’s officially voicing Fox McCloud in the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy Movie. He broke the news himself on Instagram, rocking McCloud’s jacket and bouncing around a theater like he just hit a power-up, dropping the classic “barrel roll” line for good measure. For anyone who hasn’t been living in a Nintendo universe, Fox McCloud is the hotshot pilot from the Star Fox franchise—the guy who saves galaxies before breakfast. He’s never been part of the core Mario games, but thanks to Super Smash Bros., these characters have already thrown hands before. Powell’s joining a stacked voice cast: Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Donald Glover as Yoshi, and Brie Larson as Rosalina. The movie—helmed again by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic—hits theaters April 1.

Tiger Woods Arrested For DUI After Being Involved In Rollover Crash In Florida

Tiger Woods had a rollover crash near his Florida home; it turned into a DUI arrest. Authorities say Woods was driving at a high speed on a 30 mph road when he tried to pass a truck pulling a trailer, clipped it, and flipped his SUV. The vehicle ended up on its side, and he had to crawl out through the passenger door. Miraculously, no injuries—him or anyone else. On scene, deputies said he showed signs of impairment. Breathalyzer came back clean—no alcohol—but things got more complicated when he refused a urine test. He was arrested and charged with DUI with property damage and refusing a lawful test, both misdemeanors. This isn’t his first rodeo. Back in 2017, Tiger had another DUI-related arrest tied to prescription meds. And of course, there’s that brutal 2021 crash that nearly cost him his leg and derailed his career all over again.

Netflix Raises Subscription Cost

Netflix is raising subscription prices for the first time since early 2025, and it hits just about everyone. The ad-supported plan bumps up to $8.99 a month, while ad-free tiers are jumping by $2 across the board. New subscribers start paying the higher rates immediately, and current users will feel it within about a month.

Here’s where the increases land:
Ad-supported: up to $8.99
Standard (no ads): up to $19.99
Premium: up to $26.99

Adding someone outside your household? That’ll cost you more too.

Trailer Drops For 'Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone'

Harry Potter fans online have a lot of thoughts about the HBO show’s first teaser trailer for “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.” Much of the reaction is pretty positive, while some of the reactions are, well, less so. HBO dropped a two-minute trailer that pulled back the veil on its new adaptation of J.K. Rowling’s beloved book series. The trailer quickly introduced all the major characters — including Harry (Dominic McLaughlin), Hermione Granger (Arabella Stanton), Ron Weasley (Alastair Stout), Albus Dumbledore (John Lithgow), Severus Snape (Paapa Essiedu) and Minerva McGonagall (Janet McTeer). The Potter reboot is a hugely important big bet for HBO, so even this first blush reaction from fans can matter. Leading up to the trailer, the fandom seemed split: Some were very excited by the idea of HBO doing a deeper dive into Rowling’s books that fleshed out the story in ways the Warner Bros. films could not. Others took a “I love the movies and don’t need this” stance. Still others were ready to slam the project for various reasons (such as Rowling’s trans views, or gripes about Snape being played by a Black actor). The show will be released this Christmas.

Sydney Sweeney Sends Emotional Message To US Troops Overseas As She Reveals Her Brother Has Been Deployed

Sydney Sweeney got a little personal this week, sharing that her younger brother Trent is currently deployed overseas. She posted that getting calls from him while he’s deployed instantly lifts her mood, and she used the moment to send a message to U.S. troops everywhere, thanking them and saying she’s thinking about all of them while they’re away from home. Her brother, a U.S. Air Force airman, has been deployed before—including a stint in Korea—but details about this current deployment are limited.

Woman Accused Of Shooting At Rihanna's Home Pleads Not Guilty

A Florida woman is now fighting for her freedom after allegedly turning a celebrity neighborhood into a shooting range. Ivanna Lisette Ortiz pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and a stack of assault charges after prosecutors say she fired multiple rounds at the Beverly Hills home of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. According to authorities, Ortiz pulled up to the property earlier this month and allegedly unloaded around 20 rounds from an AR-style rifle before taking off. The wild part? The house wasn’t empty—Rihanna, Rocky, their kids, family members, and staff were all on the property at the time. Somehow, no one was injured. Prosecutors aren’t mincing words, calling it a deliberate attack that could’ve easily turned into multiple homicides. Ortiz is now facing one count of attempted murder, 10 felony assault charges, and additional counts for shooting into an occupied home—charges that could land her in prison for life. Her bail started north of $10 million but was knocked down to about $1.875 million. The prosecution pushed back on lowering it, pointing to the seriousness of the case and calling her a flight risk. She was arrested shortly after the incident, and investigators are still trying to figure out the motive—though reports say she had posted some bizarre content about Rihanna online leading up to the shooting.

Charlize Theron Runs From Taron Egerton In "Apex" Trailer

Netflix just dropped a look at Apex, and it’s basically “nature hike gone horribly wrong…with a psychopath.” The film stars Charlize Theron as a grieving rock climber trying to reset her life in the Australian wilderness. Instead, she ends up getting hunted for sport by Taron Egerton. The setup: she’s out there testing her limits, and suddenly the real test becomes survival. Egerton plays the kind of guy you absolutely do not want making eye contact with you in the woods—calm, calculating, and treating humans like a weekend hobby. Apex hits Netflix April 24.

Kim Kardashian Faces Parenting Police Over Praising Son's E-Bike Trick

Kim Kardashian is catching flak after posting what she thought was a proud mom moment… and the internet immediately turned into a safety committee. She shared a pic of her son Saint West popping a wheelie on an electric bike—front tire up, cruising like he’s in a stunt reel. Kim was clearly impressed. Fans? Not so much. Comments lit up with people calling it dangerous, pointing out he was in the road, and basically predicting the next frame was him eating pavement. Some even went full backseat parenting, warning he’d get hurt and questioning why she’d celebrate it. To be fair, not everyone clutched their pearls—some gave Saint props for the skill—but even those folks were like, “yeah…that probably didn’t end great.” A few eagle-eyed followers claimed his posture screamed “incoming crash.”

Ryan Gosling's Late-Night TV Rave Sends Small Florida Bakery Into Another Universe

One shoutout from Ryan Gosling — and a small bakery went from local favorite to national frenzy overnight. While appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Gosling raved about a Tallahassee spot called The Cake Shop, specifically hyping their homemade Pop Tart-style pastries and telling viewers, basically, “go get these.” That’s all it took. The bakery — which has been around for more than 25 years — got slammed with calls and orders almost immediately. The owner said the sudden attention felt like being “blown into another universe,” especially since the shop had been closed for spring break when the segment aired… meaning demand piled up before they even reopened. The connection? Gosling got hooked on the pastries through a Saturday Night Live wardrobe staffer whose sister owns the place. Apparently, those treats were backstage fuel when he hosted. Now the little neighborhood bakery is dealing with a very first-world problem: too many customers.

Here's How Much Keith Hernandez Still Makes In "Seinfeld" Residuals

Keith Hernandez is still getting paid for a joke about spit… more than 30 years later. The former Mets star and current broadcaster revealed he still pulls in about $5,000 a year in residuals from his guest spot on Seinfeld — specifically the classic 1992 two-parter “The Boyfriend.” That’s the episode where Hernandez played himself in a bizarre love triangle with Jerry Seinfeld and Elaine Benes, while also getting dragged into one of the show’s most ridiculous storylines — the infamous “Magic Loogie” conspiracy. In true Seinfeld fashion, the whole thing spiraled into a parody of the John F. Kennedy assassination, with Kramer and Newman obsessing over whether Hernandez spit on someone after a game. (Spoiler: he didn’t.) Hernandez only appeared in those two episodes — plus a silent cameo in the 1998 finale — but the impact clearly stuck. The episodes were a hit, even earning a Writers Guild nomination, and now they’re basically a small annual paycheck that never goes away. So while he’s busy calling Mets games today, Hernandez is also quietly cashing sitcom checks from 1992.

"Jumanji 3" Shifts To Christmas Day Release, One Week After "Avengers: Doomday" & "Dune: Part 3"

Sony just made a classic Hollywood move: avoid the heavyweight fight and show up fashionably late with the popcorn. Jumanji 3 is shifting its release from December 11 to Christmas Day — sliding from right before the blockbuster cage match of Avengers: Doomsday and Dune: Part Three to right after it. The core crew is back — Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan — along with a stacked returning cast that includes Danny DeVito and Nick Jonas. Jake Kasdan is back in the director’s chair, keeping the same winning formula.

TLC And Salt-N-Pepa Announce First-Ever Co-Headlining Tour With En Vogue

Three legendary groups are about to turn one tour into a full-blown time machine. TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and En Vogue are teaming up for the first time ever on a co-headlining North American run called the “It’s Iconic” tour—and yeah, that title’s not overselling it. This is the first time all three groups will share the same stage, bringing decades of hits with them. We’re talking “No Scrubs,” “Waterfalls,” “Push It,” “Shoop,” “Free Your Mind”—basically a greatest hits playlist that raised an entire generation. They’ll actually warm things up with their first joint performance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards before hitting the road. The tour kicks off August 15 in Tennessee and rolls through major cities like Chicago, Atlanta, Vegas, and Toronto before wrapping in California in October. The vibe? Less competition, more celebration. The groups are calling it a “girl power” moment—three acts that kicked down doors in hip-hop and R&B coming together to remind everyone exactly who built the foundation. And if you’re wondering—yes, VIP packages are in play, including meet-and-greets and exclusive merch. So if you’ve ever wanted to be in the same room as the soundtrack of the ‘90s… this is your shot.

"Star Trek: Starfleet Academy" To End With Season 2 At Paramount+

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is ending after Season 2—no third season, no extended mission. Paramount+ and CBS Studios say they’re proud of the show’s ambition and fresh characters, but the upcoming second season will be its last. The series followed a new generation of cadets learning the ropes under pressure—think friendships, rivalries, first loves, and, of course, a looming threat to the Federation. It also brought in some heavy hitters, including Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti. Alex Kurtzman and Noga Landau helped steer the ship, carrying forward the vision of Gene Roddenberry. Critics liked it—strong reviews, solid buzz—but it never cracked the big streaming numbers. Season 2 has already wrapped production, with a premiere date still under wraps. When it lands, that’ll be the final chapter.

Reacher Star Alan Ritchson Allegedly Beats Up Tennessee Neighbor In Front Of His Kids

Alan Ritchson—the guy who plays the human tank on Reacher—is at the center of an alleged street brawl with a neighbor in Tennessee. Video shows Ritchson throwing punches at a man on the ground in broad daylight, with two kids on motorbikes nearby—believed to be his sons—basically front-row seats to the chaos. According to the neighbor, this didn’t come out of nowhere. He says the whole thing started the day before, when Ritchson was allegedly ripping through the neighborhood on a motorcycle—loud, fast, and not exactly HOA-friendly. Words were exchanged, gestures were made, and round two came the next day. That’s when it allegedly boiled over. The neighbor claims Ritchson punched him multiple times—including hits to the back of the head—and even tried to run him off after falling off his bike. The guy says he ended up with bruises and swelling but didn’t go to the hospital. Police are now investigating, but so far, no arrests. Meanwhile, Ritchson hasn’t publicly responded yet. This is the same guy who’s been open about his past struggles, including being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and a suicide attempt years back—so there’s clearly more layers here than just a neighborhood dust-up.

Fanatics Flag Football Classic: Team USA Dominates Tom Brady, Joe Burrow And Other NFL Stars

Team USA Flag Football didn’t just win—they steamrolled everybody. They went undefeated at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on Saturday, finishing with a 24–14 win over Joe Burrow’s team and outscoring opponents 106–44 overall. The NFL guys? Big names like Tom Brady and Jalen Hurts had moments, but looked out of sync—struggling with the rules, pace, and even basic flag pulling. Different sport, different skill set. Meanwhile, Team USA’s specialists—Velton Brown Jr. and Housh Doucette—were on another level. Faster, sharper, and totally in control. There were still flashes—Odell Beckham Jr. made a highlight one-handed catch, and Brady threw a TD—but it wasn’t enough. Rob Gronkowski also exited early with a minor hamstring issue.

5. Reminders of Him - $8 million
6. Scream 7 - $4.3 million
7. GOAT - $3.5 million
8. Undertone - $3 million
9. Wuthering Heights - $475,000
10. Avatar: Fire and Ash - $280,000

William Shatner Celebrates 95th Birthday

William Shatner just hit 95 yesterday. The Star Trek legend marked his birthday with a post saying he’s “still smokin’,” along with a couple photos of him outside, cigar in hand, looking pretty pleased with life. He also dropped some classic Shatner wisdom: don’t waste a good cigar—and don’t listen to anyone telling you to “act your age.” Fair enough. Beyond Captain Kirk, he’s had a long run in shows like Boston Legal, T.J. Hooker, and even made history in 2021 by heading to space on a Blue Origin flight.

Chuck Norris Dies At 86

Chuck Norris, longtime actor and martial artist, has died, his family said in a statement Friday. He was 86.

“It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning,” the family said. “While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace.”

Norris was hospitalized in Hawaii earlier this week after an undisclosed medical emergency, according to TMZ.

“To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family,” the family said. “He lived his life with faith, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to the people he loved. Through his work, discipline, and kindness, he inspired millions around the world and left a lasting impact on so many lives.”

The family added: “While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the life he lived and for the unforgettable moments we were blessed to share with him. The love and support he received from fans around the world meant so much to him, and our family is truly thankful for it. To him, you were not just fans, you were his friends.”

Norris, who turned 86 on March 10, posted an Instagram video on his birthday showing him sparring with a trainer.

“I don’t age. I level up,” he wrote in a caption. “I’m 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young. I’m grateful for another year, good health, and the chance to keep doing what I love. Thank you all for being the best fans in the world. Your support through the years has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.”

Born Carlos Ray Norris in Ryan, Oklahoma, he learned martial arts while serving in the U.S. Air Force in South Korea in the late 1950s.

After returning to the United States, Norris competed in martial arts competitions and opened his own studio, training celebrity clients including Steve McQueen.

Norris got his first big break in Hollywood in 1972, appearing opposite Bruce Lee in Way of the Dragon.

He went on to star in a steady stream martial arts movies and action films, including Breaker! Breaker! (1977), Good Guys Wear Black (1978), A Force of One (1979), The Octagon (1980), An Eye for an Eye (1981), Silent Rage (1982) and Missing in Action (1984), Missing in Action 2 (1985), The Delta Force (1986) and Firewalker (1986).

His television career took off in 1993 with the debut of Walker, Texas Ranger. The show ran for eight full seasons on CBS.

Norris continued making films during and after TV success. The last mainstream movie he appeared in was The Expendables 2, in 2012.

He also appeared with Christie Brinkley in a long-running series of cable TV infomercials promoting fitness equipment.

ABC Pulls 'The Bachelorette' After Taylor Frankie Paul Drama

ABC just pulled the plug—hard—on the upcoming season of The Bachelorette right before its premiere. The reason? A newly surfaced video involving the show’s star, Taylor Frankie Paul, tied to a domestic assault case. The footage reportedly shows a violent incident from 2023, and there’s now an active investigation with claims going both ways between her and Dakota Mortenson. This was supposed to be a comeback season for the franchise, which has already had a rough year—previous cancellations, behind-the-scenes drama, and leadership shakeups. Instead, it’s now the first time a season has been scrapped this close to launch.

Jason Bateman To Direct Woody Harrelson, Sam Rockwell In Netflix Movie

Jason Bateman is stepping behind the camera again—this time directing a new Netflix movie with a title that already sounds unhinged: The Cackling of the Dodos. The film stars Woody Harrelson and Sam Rockwell—which tells you right away this thing could go off the rails in the best way possible. Here’s the setup: small-town farmer, worst day ever, finds a dead body… and instead of calling the cops, gets dragged into a messy, panicked cover-up by his boss. So yeah, not exactly a “sleep it off and try again tomorrow” situation. It’s based on a script by novelist Rye Curtis, and no release date yet.

Kirsten Dunst Joins 'A Minecraft Movie' Sequel

Kirsten Dunst is officially jumping into the blocky universe—she’s been cast as Alex in the upcoming sequel to A Minecraft Movie. That’s one of the main player avatars, so yeah, she’s not just a background villager. She joins a returning lineup that’s basically a chaotic dream blunt rotation: Jason Momoa, Jack Black, Danielle Brooks, Matt Berry, and Jennifer Coolidge. Plot details? Locked up tighter than a diamond chest. But the first movie set the tone—regular people get sucked into the Overworld, fight off Piglins and zombies, and learn that creativity is basically their superpower. Think survival mode, but with emotional growth. The original film wasn’t just a hit—it printed money. Massive opening, nearly a billion worldwide, and now Hollywood’s doing what Hollywood does: build a sequel before the pixels even settle. The sequel will hit theaters in July 2027.

Amy Winehouses's Ex-Husband Says He Shouldn't Bear Responsibility Of Singer's Death

More than a decade after the death of Amy Winehouse, her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is speaking out—and pushing back on the idea that he’s solely to blame. In a new interview, he admits he played a role in the troubled period of her life, including introducing her to heroin—but says the narrative that he caused her death isn’t fair. His argument: Winehouse had her own agency and made her own choices, even as her addiction worsened. He describes their relationship as genuinely loving, not defined by drugs, even though addiction eventually took over. According to him, they weren’t heavy users when they met and fell into that lifestyle together.

Key points he made:
He acknowledges responsibility, but rejects being the sole villain.

Says he was not constantly supplying or controlling her drug use.

Notes her addiction was at its worst while he was in jail.

Emphasizes she ultimately died from alcohol poisoning in 2011, not drugs.

Stephen Baldwin Warns That Aliens Are Coming

Stephen Baldwin jumped on Instagram and… let’s just say, didn’t keep it simple. Reacting loosely to the Academy Awards—where the film Sinners had a big night—Baldwin went off on a tangent suggesting an alien invasion could reshape America, while also hinting that people are being distracted by movies and box office hype. He mixed in congratulations to Michael B. Jordan for his Best Actor win, even joking about Jordan’s post-Oscars burger run, but then pivoted right back into some pretty out-there commentary—including a St. Patrick’s Day joke about leprechauns running the White House. The reaction online? All over the map. Some people were concerned, others thought he was onto something, and a few just grabbed popcorn and watched it unfold.

Miley Cyrus Says Selena Gomez Will Appear In Hannah Montana Anniversary Special

Miley Cyrus is bringing some Disney nostalgia with backup—Selena Gomez will appear in the upcoming Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special. Cyrus said she didn’t even realize how much fans cared about their friendship until Alex Cooper (of Call Her Daddy) helped shape the special and lock in Gomez’s involvement. The special itself leans heavily into full-circle moments. It opens with Miley driving from Malibu—mirroring Hannah’s old life. She reflected on losing her own Malibu home and rebuilding, tying it into the theme. For longtime fans, Gomez’s appearance is extra fun since she once played Hannah’s rival, Mikayla, on the show. Any rumored drama between them back in the day? Both have brushed it off as teenage stuff.

"Wheel Of Fortune's" First Millionaire Says $1M Prize Didn't Go As Far As Fans Think

Winning a million bucks on Wheel of Fortune sounds like instant champagne-and-sports-cars money… but the first person to actually do it says—pump the brakes. Michelle Moore (then Michelle Loewenstein) made history in 2008, pulling in just over $1 million. Reality check? After taxes, it wasn’t exactly “retire on a yacht” cash. Instead of going full rockstar, she did the grown-up thing—paid off student loans, covered bills, bought a car, and tucked the rest away. No gold chains, no wild splurges. Just… responsibility. Not sexy, but very real. She says that’s the biggest myth: people think you win big and suddenly you’re living like a billionaire. In truth, it just gives you breathing room—and maybe a little perspective on what actually matters. Behind the scenes, she says the show itself runs like a machine—multiple episodes shot in a single day, super efficient, and surprisingly down-to-earth thanks to hosts Pat Sajak and Vanna White, who she says were just as friendly off-camera as they are on TV.

John Krasinski Returns As Jack Ryan In New Prime Video Movie

John Krasinski is back in spy mode. His hit series is getting a big-screen-style continuation with Jack Ryan: Ghost War, premiering May 20 on Prime Video. The movie picks up after the four-season run of Jack Ryan, bringing back familiar faces like Wendell Pierce and Michael Kelly, while adding Sienna Miller as a new MI6 officer. Story-wise, Ryan gets pulled back into the chaos when a covert mission blows up into a global conspiracy. Now he’s chasing down a rogue black-ops unit that seems to know his every move—so yeah, not exactly a relaxing return to work. He teams back up with his old crew plus the new MI6 partner, racing against the clock in what’s being billed as his most personal and high-stakes mission yet.

"Paradise" Renewed For Season 3 By Hulu

Paradise just got picked up by Hulu for Season 3—and that announcement dropped before the Season 2 finale even airs on March 30. The show, created by Dan Fogelman and starring Sterling K. Brown, has been crushing it—sitting near the top of Hulu’s charts and racking up massive streaming numbers across both seasons. We’re talking billions of minutes watched. Quick plot check: it’s a post-apocalyptic world where survivors are holed up in a bunker in Colorado. Brown’s character heads out into the outside world searching for his wife—who might still be alive—while back in the bunker, things start unraveling with secrets and trust issues bubbling up. The show’s already pulled Emmy nominations and looks like it’s gearing up for more.

Sean Penn Pictured In Ukraine After Oscars No Show

Sean Penn skipped the Academy Awards—not because he lost… but because he had somewhere else to be. Penn actually won Best Supporting Actor for One Battle After Another, making it Oscar number three. Problem? He wasn’t in the building. While Kieran Culkin cracked a joke onstage about accepting it for him, Penn was across the world walking the streets of Kyiv. Turns out, he chose to be in Ukraine showing support during the ongoing war instead of attending Hollywood’s biggest night. And this isn’t a one-off—Penn’s been all-in on Ukraine for years. He even handed Volodymyr Zelenskyy one of his own Oscars back in 2022 after Russia invaded.

Sarah Michelle Geller Breaks Her Silence On What Killed 'Buffy' Reboot

Sarah Michelle Gellar revealed that a long-planned revival of Buffy the Vampire Slayer has been scrapped by Hulu—and the timing couldn’t have been worse. Gellar got the call just minutes before taking the stage at the SXSW Film & TV Festival premiere of her new movie Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, marking her first major big-screen appearance in nearly two decades. The reboot had been in development for several years with Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao and even filmed a pilot. The plan was to bring Buffy Summers back alongside a new slayer played by Ryan Kiera Armstrong. Gellar says she loved the direction of the show, but claims the project faced an uphill battle because one key executive involved wasn’t even a fan of the original series and openly admitted he had never watched it. The cancellation stunned everyone involved—including executives connected to the project—and Gellar says she’s disappointed for the fans who pushed for Buffy’s return for years. Despite the setback, she says the legacy of the show remains strong, adding that her former co-stars—including David Boreanaz—quickly reached out in support. And while the reboot is dead for now, insiders say the door may still be open for Buffy to rise again someday.

Emily Blunt & Cillian Murphy Close Deals To Return For 'A Quiet Place Part III'

The next chapter of the A Quiet Place Part III is officially moving forward—and several familiar faces are coming back. Emily Blunt and Cillian Murphy have signed deals to return, along with returning cast members Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe. New additions to the cast include Jack O’Connell, Jason Clarke, and Katy O’Brian. John Krasinski—who created the franchise—is returning to write, direct, and produce the third installment. The film is scheduled for release July 30, 2027.

Razzie Award Winnters

The 46th Golden Raspberry Awards—better known as the Razzies—handed out their annual trophies for the worst Hollywood had to offer, and the big “winner” was the remake of The War of the Worlds. The film War of the Worlds nearly swept the night, grabbing Worst Picture, Worst Director, Worst Screenplay, and Worst Remake/Rip-Off/Sequel. Star Ice Cube also walked away with Worst Actor. Most of his scenes were filmed during the COVID lockdown, meaning he performed alone and mostly on a computer screen—something he joked about at the time, saying if the world really ended, people would probably just be staring at their screens anyway.

Ben Affleck Scores $600 Million Deal With Netflix To Sell His AI Film Start-Up

Ben Affleck is reportedly set for a massive payday after Netflix acquired his AI film technology startup InterPositive. The deal could be worth up to $600 million for Affleck and his investors if the company hits certain performance goals. Affleck quietly launched the Los Angeles–based startup in 2022 with a small team of engineers, researchers, and filmmakers. The technology is designed to help movie creators streamline technical tasks during production and post-production. According to Affleck, the AI tools can help remove stunt wires, adjust shots, improve lighting, enhance backgrounds, and recreate missed shots—essentially helping filmmakers fix problems without reshooting scenes. Affleck says the system isn’t meant to generate movies from scratch but instead works by building an AI model based on footage and material that filmmakers already created. His goal, he says, is to make the filmmaking process easier while still preserving human storytelling.

Man Sneaks Drone Over Harry Potter Set And Reveals Astounding Details

A YouTuber gave fans an unexpected sneak peek at the upcoming Harry Potter series after flying a drone over the production set in the U.K. The show, which began filming in July 2025, has only released a few official cast photos so far—including the young actors playing Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger. But YouTuber DJ Audits captured aerial footage revealing several major set pieces. The video shows what appears to be a full Quidditch pitch, designed like the oval stadium described in the books, surrounded by blue screens that will later be filled in with CGI. The footage also shows Privet Drive, the suburban street where Harry grew up with the Dursley family in the fictional town of Little Whinging. The new series—based on the novels by J. K. Rowling—has sparked a mix of excitement and skepticism from fans who wonder whether it can live up to the original films. The show is currently expected to premiere in early 2027.

Oscar Voter Confesses They Didn't Even Watch Half Of The Nominated Films Despite Strict New Guidelines

The Academy Awards are supposed to be the biggest honor in Hollywood, but a new confession from one of the voters is raising eyebrows just days before this year’s ceremony. An anonymous member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences admitted they haven’t watched even half of the nominated films and decided not to vote at all. The voter said their time was “too valuable” to sit through movies they already believed they wouldn’t support, and called many of the films they did see “mediocre.” That admission comes despite new rules introduced this year requiring voters to confirm they’ve watched all nominated films in a category before casting a ballot. The academy even added digital tracking through its screening system to make sure members actually watched the movies. The revelation is fueling long-running criticism that the Oscars are out of touch with audiences, with some fans accusing voters of simply choosing movies that have already won earlier awards rather than forming their own opinions. The show airs this Sunday.

Nicole Kidman Breaks Her Silence On Keith Urban Divorce And How She's Navigating Life Post Split

Nicole Kidman is opening up for the first time about her divorce from Keith Urban following their split in September 2025 after nearly two decades of marriage. In a new interview with Variety, the actress said she’s focused on moving forward and keeping the family strong. Kidman said she’s grateful for her family and wants to maintain that bond while respecting the privacy of everyone involved. The former couple, who married in 2006, finalized their divorce in January. As part of the agreement, both waived rights to child and spousal support. Kidman was granted the majority of time with their daughters—17-year-old Sunday and 15-year-old Faith—while Urban has them every other weekend. Kidman declined to go into further detail about the breakup, saying she doesn’t want to discuss it out of respect for their family. She did, however, praise their daughters, saying they’ve grown into “beautiful young women.”

Kate Wilslet Joining 'Lord Of The Rings: Hunt For Gollum'

Kate Winslet is reportedly in talks to join the upcoming film The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum, marking her move into another major fantasy franchise after her time in the Avatar series. The movie will be directed by Andy Serkis, who will also return to play Gollum—the motion-capture role he made famous in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and the rest of the original trilogy. The story takes place between The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey era events and the main Lord of the Rings timeline, following Gandalf and Aragorn as they search for Gollum to learn more about Bilbo’s mysterious ring—later revealed to be the One Ring. Veteran franchise creators Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, and Philippa Boyens are producing the film. Familiar faces are also returning, including Ian McKellen as Gandalf, while Elijah Wood has hinted he may reprise his role as Frodo. The film is scheduled for a Dec. 17, 2027.

Kelly Clarkson Never Got Her Car After Winning 'Idol'

Turns out winning the very first season of American Idol didn’t come with quite the jackpot people thought—at least according to Kelly Clarkson. While chatting with Rob Rausch—fresh off winning The Traitors—and Daniel Radcliffe on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson revealed the prizes she was promised back in 2002 didn’t exactly show up. Rausch mentioned he still hadn’t been paid his $220,800 prize from The Traitors, and Clarkson immediately said she could relate. She explained that the “$1 million” she supposedly won wasn’t really cash—it was more like a million dollars worth of investment in launching her career. Then came the bigger gripe: the car. Clarkson says the show promised one, and she really needed it at the time because her own car had been damaged and she couldn’t afford the insurance deductible. But according to Clarkson, that car never arrived. To add insult to injury, she said runner-up Clay Aiken from Season 2 ended up getting a car—along with one for his mom—which left Clarkson stunned. Meanwhile, later Idol winners seemed to get the goods. Carrie Underwood says she still owns the blue Ford Mustang convertible she received after winning Season 4, calling it a reminder of the moment that launched her career.

DA: Shooting At Rihanna's Home Was Attempted Murder

A woman from Florida is facing serious charges after allegedly opening fire outside the home of Rihanna in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles. Prosecutors say Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 35, fired multiple shots Sunday afternoon at the gated property. No one was injured, and it’s still unclear whether Rihanna — whose real name is Robin Fenty — was home at the time. Her partner A$AP Rocky and others were reportedly inside the house during the incident. Ortiz has been charged with attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling or vehicle — all felonies. Police say about 10 shots were fired, and video reportedly shows several bullet holes in the home’s front gate. A judge set bail at $1.8 million and issued a protective order requiring Ortiz to stay away from Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and their home. She’s also barred from possessing any firearms or ammunition.

Miley Cyrus Returns As Hannah Montana In 20th Anniversary Special

Miley Cyrus is getting nostalgic for the 20th anniversary of her breakout TV show Hannah Montana. A new Disney+ special titled “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” will premiere March 24, exactly 20 years after the show first debuted on the Disney Channel. The special was filmed in front of a live audience and features an in-depth interview with Cyrus hosted by podcast star Alex Cooper. It will also include never-before-seen footage from the show and recreated sets from the series, including the Stewart family living room and the famous Hannah Montana closet. Cyrus says the show will always be part of who she is, noting that what started as a TV series turned into a cultural moment shared by millions of fans. Hannah Montana originally ran from 2006 to 2011 for four seasons and even spawned the hit film Hannah Montana: The Movie, which earned more than $155 million worldwide.

Margot Robbie Sparks Ozempic Rumors

Margot Robbie turned heads at the Paris Fashion Week while attending the Chanel show — debuting a chic new bob haircut and a relaxed outfit that included loose jeans, a sheer white vest, and ballet flats. While many fans loved the new look, others online focused on Robbie’s very slim appearance, sparking speculation that she might be using popular weight-loss drugs like Ozempic. Some social media users claimed she looked dramatically thinner, while others pushed back, noting the actress has always had a naturally slender frame. Robbie became a mother in October 2024 when she welcomed a baby boy with husband Tom Ackerley.

Jack White Admits He Finds Taylor Swift's Heartbreak Lyrics Boring

Jack White is making it clear he’s not interested in the diary-style songwriting that dominates a lot of modern pop. In a new interview, the former The White Stripes frontman said he finds the trend of turning personal breakups into hit songs — something often associated with Taylor Swift — a little dull creatively. White said he doesn’t enjoy writing directly about himself or publicly sharing painful personal experiences in his music. His reasoning is pretty simple: if something in his life is truly difficult, he doesn’t want to throw it out there for strangers online to tear apart. Instead, he says he takes pieces of real emotions and filters them through fictional characters, using storytelling rather than straight confession. According to White, putting his experiences into someone else’s perspective actually helps him understand them better. He also talked about why his music rarely takes direct political shots — even though he’s outspoken in interviews about political figures, including Donald Trump. White said that if he ever tackled politics in a song, he wouldn’t name names. He’d rather create characters and metaphors than deliver a direct political lecture.

'Tink', Live-Action Series Based On Tinker Bell, In The Works At Disney+

Disney is bringing Tinker Bell back — this time in a live-action TV drama. Disney+ is developing a new series called Tink, centered on the famous fairy from Peter Pan, originally created by J. M. Barrie. The project is being written and produced by longtime TV creators Liz Heldens and Bridget Carpenter, who previously worked together on Friday Night Lights. Tinker Bell first appeared in Disney’s Peter Pan and has remained one of the company’s most recognizable characters for more than 70 years. Disney has actually tried to revive the character before. A live-action film called Tink was once planned with Reese Witherspoon attached to star, but that version never moved forward. More recently, Yara Shahidi played Tinker Bell in the 2023 movie Peter Pan & Wendy. No casting or release timeline has been announced yet.

Sylvester Stallone To Executive Produce Lionsgate Prequel, 'John Rambo'

Sylvester Stallone is officially involved in the next Rambo movie—but not the way fans might expect. Stallone has signed on as an executive producer for the upcoming prequel John Rambo. It’s the first time he’s ever produced a Rambo film, even though he wrote the previous five movies in the franchise, which have earned more than $800 million worldwide. The catch: Stallone won’t appear on screen. The new movie takes place before the events of First Blood, so a younger version of the character will be played by Noah Centineo. The film is being directed by Jalmari Helander and is currently filming in Bangkok. Lionsgate says bringing Stallone on as a producer was the “final piece,” since nobody knows the John Rambo character better than the guy who made the role famous 44 years ago.

Netflix Withdraws Its Investment In Meghan Markle Lifestyle Brand 'As Ever'

Netflix is stepping away as an investor in the lifestyle brand launched by Meghan Markle. The streamer had backed Markle’s brand As Ever around the time it released her series With Love, Meghan. But Netflix says the arrangement was never meant to be permanent and that Markle will now continue building the brand on her own. The move comes as viewership for the show reportedly dropped during its second season in late 2025, with reports suggesting a third season may not happen—though Netflix hasn’t officially confirmed that. The platform says it still expects to work with Markle in the future. Netflix and Markle’s husband, Prince Harry, still maintain a production relationship, though their big exclusive deal was scaled back last year to a first-look arrangement through their company Archewell Productions.

Rosanna Arquette Slams Quentin Tarantino's Overuse of N-Word In His Movies

Rosanna Arquette is looking back at Pulp Fiction — and while she admits the 1994 film is iconic, she says one thing about it still doesn’t sit right with her: the language. In a new interview with The Times U.K., Arquette said she’s tired of Quentin Tarantino repeatedly using the N-word in his movies, calling it “racist and creepy” and saying the director has been given a “hall pass” for it over the years. The criticism isn’t new. Filmmaker Spike Lee blasted Tarantino back in 1997 when Jackie Brown came out, saying the director seemed “infatuated” with the word and that many Black audiences didn’t find it trendy or cool. More recently, director Lee Daniels also pushed back on Tarantino’s defense of the language, arguing that brushing off critics with a “go see something else” attitude wasn’t the right response. But not everyone agrees with the backlash. Samuel L. Jackson — who worked with Tarantino in Pulp Fiction and Django Unchained — has defended the filmmaker, saying Tarantino is simply writing characters the way they would realistically talk and gets unfairly singled out compared to other directors.

Britney Spears Arrested For DUI In California

Britney Spears was arrested Wednesday night in Ventura, California on suspicion of DUI, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. It wasn’t a long stay behind bars. She was booked and released early yesterday morning under a “cite and release,” meaning she wasn’t held and no probation was listed. She’s scheduled to appear in court on May 4. So far, details about what led to the stop haven’t been released, and her reps haven’t commented. The arrest lands in the middle of another turbulent stretch for Spears. After getting out from under her 13-year conservatorship in 2021, she’s spent the last few years airing grievances about how she says her family treated her. Recently she also sold her music catalog, though the price tag hasn’t been made public.

Legendary Wrestler Jeff Jarrett Reveals How Taylor Swift Consoled His Daughters When His Wife Died In 2007

Jeff Jarrett says his connection to Taylor Swift goes way back — long before stadium tours and Super Bowl suites. Jarrett revealed in an interview that Swift lived in the same Tennessee town, Hendersonville, when she was a teenager, and she became close with his family. After Jarrett’s first wife died from breast cancer in 2006, Swift and her family stepped in to help comfort his daughters. Jarrett said Swift would come over and spend time with the girls, even returning home once to grab her guitar so she could sing for them. What started as a small visit turned into a three-hour sing-along that eventually drew dozens of people. The bond stuck. Years later, Jarrett’s daughters even appeared in Swift’s 2010 music video for Mine, with one of them portraying a young version of Swift. Jarrett joked that Swift is now the most famous person from their hometown and even teased the idea of getting an invite if she and Travis Kelce move forward with their rumored wedding plans.

Amazon MGM Lands Chris McCoy Pitch 'Play By Play', Jake Gyllenhaal To Star In Sports Pic

Amazon MGM Studios has picked up a new sports movie project called “Play by Play.” The script comes from writer Chris McCoy, and Jake Gyllenhaal is attached to star and produce. Details about the plot are being kept tightly under wraps — Hollywood’s favorite phrase meaning nobody’s talking yet. Gyllenhaal will produce through his Nine Stories company along with Tom Brady and filmmaker Gotham Chopra via their Religion of Sports production banner. The project continues Gyllenhaal’s busy relationship with Amazon. He previously starred in the streamer’s hit remake of Road House, which pulled in more than 50 million viewers in its first two weekends on Prime Video and already has a sequel in the works.

Demi Lovato Admits Romance With Wilmer Valerrama Was Not OK

Demi Lovato is looking back at her relationship with Wilmer Valderrama — and she says it wasn’t okay. On the Baby, This Is Keke Palmer podcast, Lovato opened up about dating Valderrama from 2010 to 2016. She was 18 when they started seeing each other; he was 30. Now 33, Lovato said that when she turned 30 herself, it hit differently. In hindsight, she said, the age gap felt wrong. Host Keke Palmer related, sharing her own experience of dating older men as a teen while working in the industry. Both women talked about how being young stars made those relationships seem normal at the time — until they reached the ages their former partners had been and reevaluated everything. Palmer described it as a tough realization, saying when you get older, you sometimes recognize you were taken advantage of. Lovato agreed, questioning why she, as a teenager, was in a relationship with someone so much older. Lovato has since moved on, marrying songwriter Jordan “Jutes” Lutes in May 2025. Valderrama is engaged to Amanda Pacheco, and the couple shares two children.

Lou Holtz, Legendary Notre Dam College Football Coach, Dies At 89

Legendary college football coach Lou Holtz has died at 89. Holtz is best remembered for leading the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to a perfect 12–0 season and national championship in 1988, capped by a win over West Virginia Mountaineers in the Fiesta Bowl. During his 34-year coaching career, Holtz racked up 249 wins and coached six different college programs, along with a brief stint in the NFL with the New York Jets. He spent 11 seasons at Notre Dame from 1986 to 1996, where his teams went on a dominant run that included a 23-game winning streak and nine straight bowl appearances. Holtz was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2008 and later worked as a college football analyst for ESPN. In 2020, he received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from Donald Trump. He had entered hospice care earlier this year and died surrounded by family.

"The Bear" Is Ending With Season 5 At FX

FX’s hit series The Bear will officially end with its upcoming fifth season. Sources say the decision isn’t surprising after the Season 4 storyline, where Jeremy Allen White’s character Carmy tells Syd and Richie he plans to leave the restaurant and give up his stake. The show was created by Christopher Storer, who previously envisioned wrapping the story after the main arc was completed. The series also stars Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas and Matty Matheson, with recurring appearances from Oliver Platt and Molly Gordon. Jamie Lee Curtis, who plays Carmy’s mother, recently hinted at the ending while posting about finishing the show’s final stretch of filming. Since premiering in 2022, The Bear has been a major awards magnet, winning the Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy in 2023 while several cast members and creator Storer also picked up individual awards. Season 5 is expected to premiere later this year and will serve as the show’s final chapter.

Harry Styles Says He's Struggled For Years With Fame & Isolation, But Running Helps

Instead of the usual glossy music mag rollout, Harry Styles chose something a little more on-brand for where his head’s at — he’s on the cover of Runner’s World ahead of his new album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, out March 6. Styles says running has become one of the most important parts of his life — especially after years of dealing with intense fame that began when One Direction formed on The X Factor in 2010. As his celebrity grew, he found himself saying no to almost everything — birthdays, trips, openings — sometimes out of necessity, sometimes because isolation felt safer. He admitted that protecting himself from negativity also meant missing out on positive experiences. Running, though, became a kind of reset button. He describes a “hypnotic, meditative” connection between distance running and making music, saying it’s when he does some of his clearest thinking. Running also helps him stay grounded during massive tours.

Scary Movie Sequel Sparks Outrage For Mocking Woke Pronouns

The trailer for Scary Movie 6 just dropped — and it’s already stirring up controversy. In the opening gag, a woman being stabbed by Ghostface on a New York subway corrects a bystander mid-attack: “Not HER! My pronouns are they/them. He stabbed THEM!” The joke has split fans straight down the middle. Critics online are calling it dated, lazy and transphobic, arguing the humor feels like a recycled culture-war punchline. Some say it’s trying too hard to shock. Others, however, are cheering it as a return to the franchise’s no-holds-barred, politically incorrect roots. The June release marks the first installment in over a decade, following 2013’s poorly received Scary Movie 5, which was the lowest-grossing entry in the series. This time around, familiar faces are back. Anna Faris, Regina Hall, and the Wayans brothers are returning, a move fans hope restores the franchise’s original bite. The film will spoof recent horror hits like Terrifier, M3GAN, Get Out, Longlegs, and Smile, aiming to revive the parody machine that once dominated the box office.

"Marshals" Premiere Draws 9.52 Million Viewers

Taylor Sheridan’s expanding Yellowstone universe has officially hit broadcast TV — and it hit big. The new CBS spinoff Marshals, starring Luke Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton, pulled in 9.52 million viewers for its March 1 premiere. That makes it the most-watched new series debut of the 2025–26 broadcast season. For context, that’s bigger than the Season 5 premiere of Yellowstone on Paramount Network, which drew 8.8 million live same-day viewers. It also topped CBS’ strong 2024 debut of Matlock.

Josh Duhamel Reveals Why He Divorced Singer Fergie In 2017

Josh Duhamel is opening up about why his marriage to Fergie didn’t last. The two were married from 2009 until their split in 2017, with the divorce finalized in 2019. On The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, Duhamel kept it simple: they’re just very different people with different worldviews. No scandal, no dramatic twist — just two adults who grew in different directions. He said they “outgrew each other” and developed different interests over time. As he’s gotten older, he’s leaned more into a quieter North Dakota lifestyle — and he admitted that just wasn’t her thing. Despite the breakup, there’s zero bitterness. He said they had a great time together and share a “beautiful son,” 12-year-old Axl. He also praised her as a great mom — kind, non-confrontational, and wholesome, especially after stepping away from the spotlight. Duhamel is now married to Audra Mari.

Tessa Thompson To Star In 'Next Door' Suburban Thriller Series In Works At Netflix

Big streaming battle, and Netflix just won it. The platform has landed Next Door, a new TV series from Love Life creator Sam Boyd, with indie powerhouse A24 producing. Tessa Thompson is attached to star and executive produce. Plot details are being kept under wraps, but here’s the vibe: a dark comedic thriller about marriage and paranoia in modern American suburbia. Think uncomfortable neighborhood drama with serious tension — inspired by films like Little Children and Rear Window.

Tom Hanks' Son Chet Says He's Stuck In Colombia Without A U.S. Passport

Chet Hanks says he’s currently living that “should’ve packed better” life. The 35-year-old son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson posted on Instagram claiming he’s stuck in Medellín, Colombia after trying to fly back to the U.S. without his American passport. Chet went to Puerto Rico for a friend’s birthday, then made a last-minute hop to Colombia to visit another friend. He traveled using his Greek passport—he’s a dual citizen—and left his U.S. passport at home because it’s close to expiring. He said sometimes that can cause entry issues, so he figured he’d skip the hassle. At the airport, the airline told him he couldn’t board for the U.S. using a foreign passport without a green card. Problem is, he doesn’t have a green card… because he’s an American citizen. No U.S. passport in hand, no boarding pass home. He told followers he’s “literally stuck in Medellín,” though he admitted there are worse places to be stranded. There is a U.S. Embassy in Bogotá that could help replace his passport, but he said he’s not exactly eager to head there. His message to Instagram? “Free me.” He later posted a gym selfie update in Spanish saying, “We’re fine, don’t worry.” So he’s stranded—but hydrated and getting reps in.

Zendaya And Tom Holland Secretly Married, Her Longtime Stylist Claims

Zendaya and Tom Holland may have pulled off the ultimate plot twist — a secret wedding. At last night’s Actor Awards, Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach casually dropped the bomb on the red carpet, saying the wedding “has already happened” and that everyone “missed it.” When pressed, he doubled down, laughing and confirming it was true. The comment adds fuel to months of speculation. In February, Zendaya was spotted in Beverly Hills wearing a simple gold band, which set off fresh marriage rumors. Even earlier, at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, she showed up with a diamond ring on her left hand. A few months later, Tom Holland seemed to confirm their engagement during a panel when he corrected someone who called Zendaya his “girlfriend” — smiling as he clarified, “fiancée.”

Shia LaBeouf Arrested Again On Battery Charge In New Orleans... Just Hours After Unhinged Interview

Shia LaBeouf has been taken into custody again in New Orleans. The actor was booked into a local jail just after 1:30 p.m. Saturday on a new battery charge, according to court records. It’s not yet clear if the charge is directly tied to a Feb. 17 altercation that led to his earlier arrest, but reports say a new warrant had been issued involving an additional alleged victim from that same incident. Authorities previously said LaBeouf became aggressive at a business on Fat Tuesday and was escorted out. Witnesses claim he returned and allegedly struck one man multiple times with closed fists and punched a second man in the nose. He posted $100,000 bond after a court appearance and has been ordered to enter rehab and submit to regular drug and alcohol testing. The latest arrest comes just hours after LaBeouf gave his first interview since the initial incident, appearing on a Channel 5 segment with Andrew Callaghan. In the interview, he admitted he was drunk during the altercation and said, “I wasn’t in my right mind, so it’s on me.” He also acknowledged using language he called “not ok to say,” adding that he didn’t want to hurt anyone and was wrong for his actions. During the interview, LaBeouf made several controversial remarks about feeling uncomfortable during an encounter with three men on Fat Tuesday, comments that quickly drew backlash online. He also spoke about relocating to New Orleans after the January 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, citing deep family roots in the area. He briefly addressed the end of his marriage to Mia Goth, with whom he shares a daughter, saying he “failed” the marriage and needed to take accountability.
