She also claims that although Brooks thought he deleted “everything on Ms. Roe’s phone,” some of their alleged texts remain on her phone.

Yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal from X asking justices to decide if prosecutors should have been able to obtain data from Donald Trump's Twitter account notifying him.
