Neal McDonough Says He Couldn't Get A Job And Hollywood Turned On Him For His No-Kissing Co-Stars Rule

Actor Neal McDonough, known for roles in Yellowstone, Minority Report, and Band of Brothers, says Hollywood iced him out for refusing to kiss women on screen. On the Nothing Left Unsaid podcast, McDonough revealed he included a no-kissing clause in his contracts out of respect for his wife and kids—not because she objected, but because he didn’t want to put his family through that. McDonough said the decision cost him big time, leaving him jobless for two years and stripped of not just material things, but his sense of identity. He claimed Hollywood “completely turned on me” for not doing intimate scenes, despite his acting chops. Married since 2003 with three kids, McDonough has since bounced back with recent credits including The Last Rodeo, Walking Tall, and Yellowstone.

Adam Carolla Makes Disturbing New Bullying Claims About Former Talk Show Host

Comedian Adam Carolla is pulling no punches in a new podcast interview, claiming the atmosphere behind the scenes of The Ellen DeGeneres Show was pure fear and tension. Speaking to commentator Emily Jashinsky, Carolla recounted his experiences as a guest on the show, describing the staff as “scared to death” of host Ellen DeGeneres. Carolla said he was repeatedly warned by a visibly nervous segment producer not to mention meat or beef during his appearances — due to Ellen’s then-vegan lifestyle. “This guy was terrified,” Carolla said. “He came back twice to remind me not to bring it up — and I wasn’t planning to.” He also recalled a conversation with a writer for the show (who was under NDA) who told him Ellen wasn’t just a bad boss — she was the "worst person" he had ever met. The same writer had previously worked for Rosie O’Donnell, yet still ranked Ellen as the meaner of the two. Carolla, who co-hosted The Man Show with Jimmy Kimmel, didn't claim Ellen was ever rude to him directly but said the staff’s “cowering” was all he needed to see. “Now everyone knows what I knew 15 years ago,” he said, referencing the 2020 toxic workplace allegations that ultimately led to The Ellen DeGeneres Show ending in 2022 after nearly two decades.

Kamala Harris Rules Out California Governor Bid, Leaves 2028 POTUS Run Open

Kamala Harris has officially ruled out a 2026 run for California governor, ending months of speculation fueled by strong polling and insider buzz. In a statement yesterday, Harris said, “After deep reflection, I’ve decided that I will not run for Governor in this election.” Despite being considered a frontrunner — with recent polls showing her leading the pack with 41% support — Harris is stepping aside, surprising many outside her inner circle. Sources say Gov. Gavin Newsom was aware of her decision in advance. Her announcement comes earlier than expected, as she had initially planned to decide by the end of summer. Still, Harris made it clear she’s not disappearing from politics. She says she’ll remain active for the 2026 midterms and hinted at future ambitions with her carefully phrased “for now” statement — leaving the door open for a potential 2028 presidential run, especially with President Trump term-limited and JD Vance likely leading the GOP field.

Why Zendaya Was Forced To Put Her Wedding To Tom Holland On Hold

Zendaya and her fiancé Tom Holland are hitting pause on wedding plans—not because of cold feet, but because their schedules are jammed. According to Zendaya's stylist and “image architect” Law Roach, the couple hasn’t even started planning, citing Zendaya’s packed filming calendar. She’s currently juggling Dune: Part Three, Euphoria Season 3, a romantic dramedy (The Drama), Shrek 5, and a Ronnie Spector biopic (Be My Baby)—and that’s just her side of the calendar. Zendaya’s also set to star in a Spider-Man reboot (Brand New Day) and Christopher Nolan’s epic take on The Odyssey. Tom isn’t exactly twiddling his thumbs either—he’s teaming up with Austin Butler for American Speed, a race car biopic, and he’s also starring in The Odyssey as Telemachus alongside Matt Damon. Despite the chaos, Law Roach says there’s still plenty of time, and hints the wedding could go down next year.

FDNY Rescues "GMA" Anchor George Stephanopoulos From Elevator In ABC'S Swanky New Digs

Yesterday morning, Good Morning America anchor George Stephanopoulos found himself stuck in an elevator for over an hour, just trying to get to his office. He wasn’t alone—his security guard, Richie, was trapped too. The elevator froze between the second and third floors, forcing the FDNY to rescue them through the ceiling with a ladder. George handled the ordeal like a pro: reading The New York Times, answering emails, and cracking jokes about it later on GMA during the “Play of the Day” segment. A clip even showed him getting rescued—in shorts. Stephanopoulos had breakfast delivered to the FDNY crew that pulled him out. GMA executive producer Simone Swink also thanked the firefighters for getting George on-air in time.

"South Park" Season 27 To Return August 6th After Brief Hiatus

South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker aren’t backing down in their satire of President Trump. After the Season 27 premiere—which depicted Trump crawling into bed with Satan, lamenting the size of his manhood (twice), and facing a $5 billion lawsuit after the town rioted over Jesus being brought into a classroom—the show is on a brief, pre-planned hiatus. A rerun will air instead this week, with new episodes resuming August 6. A promo for the upcoming second episode teases more heat: Trump and Satan get flirty at a black tie dinner, where the president strokes Satan’s leg under the table while being praised for his “courage.” Satan isn’t having it and slaps his hand away. Meanwhile, Cartman unleashes on classmate Bebe, accusing her of hating America and loving abortion—backed by PC Principal, who’s now rebranded as “Power Christian.”

Billy Joel Speaks Out About Rumors He's Had DUIS In New Cocumentary

In HBO’s Billy Joel: And So It Goes, the singer shuts down rumors that he’s had multiple DUIs, saying bluntly, “I never had a DUI — so f*** you.” Despite a string of high-profile car crashes in the early 2000s, Joel insists none were alcohol-related and criticizes the press for perpetuating the myth. He’s been sober for years, went to rehab by choice (not court order), and admits fame hasn't always been fun. Both parts of the documentary are now streaming on HBO Max.

Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle Ad Slammed As Nazi Propaganda

Sydney Sweeney’s American Eagle ad has Leftist TikTok screaming “Nazi!” over a jeans/genes pun. In a cheeky campaign, actress Sweeney stars in an American Eagle ad where she says, “My jeans are blue” while showing off her denim—and her blue eyes. The wordplay continues as she talks about how genes are passed down from parents, touching on traits like eye color and personality. Cue the outrage: Left-leaning TikTokers pounced, accusing the brand of pushing “Nazi propaganda,” with some equating the ad’s nod to “good genes” to eugenics and white supremacy. Critics latched onto Sweeney’s blonde hair, blue eyes, and the suggestion of “great genes” as dangerously coded messaging. One TikToker called it “fascist weird,” while another flat-out labeled it “pure Nazi sh*t.” Others weren’t buying the hysteria. Journalist Robby Soave called the reaction “the stupidest, most-likely-to-backfire liberal overreach in the history of the internet.”

Tim Burton Reveals He's Working On Something Else With Lady Gaga After Filming 'Wednesday'

At the Giffoni Film Festival, director Tim Burton teased a new project with Lady Gaga, revealing they’ve worked on “something else” together besides filming for Wednesday Season 2. Burton praised Gaga as an “amazing artist” and said collaborating with her was inspiring, despite not being a musician himself. Gaga joined the cast of Wednesday last year, playing Rosaline Rotwood, a dark arts teacher at Nevermore Academy, with her character expected to appear in the second half of the season releasing in September.

Dan Aykroyd Reveals Why He Missed 'SNL50' Special

Dan Aykroyd, one of the original cast members of Saturday Night Live, chose not to attend the show's 50th anniversary celebration in February, despite a star-studded lineup of returning alumni. Aykroyd told Entertainment Weekly he stayed home by choice so he could actually watch and enjoy the entire special live with his family—popcorn in hand and smile on face. He explained that had he attended, he would’ve been working or stuck in a dressing room and missed the full experience.

Sterling K. Brown Teases 'Voltron' Movie

While juggling his Emmy-nominated role as Secret Service agent Xavier Collins in Hulu’s Paradise, Sterling K. Brown is also suiting up for something even bigger—literally. At San Diego Comic-Con, Brown teased his role in Amazon MGM Studios’ upcoming live-action Voltron film, directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. Joined by Paradise creator Dan Fogelman, Brown shared that the Voltron adaptation will be “big, bodacious, and dynamic,” aiming to reintroduce the beloved 1980s animated classic to a new generation in 2027. The film also stars Rita Ora, John Kim, Daniel Quinn-Toye, and Henry Cavill. Brown stayed tight-lipped about his character but confirmed he plays someone from the original IP. As for the film’s massive scale, he hinted at nearly a year of post-production to complete it, calling the end result “wildly entertaining.” He also expressed interest in signing on for a sequel.

FCC Approves Skydance-Paramount $8B Merger

The FCC has officially approved Skydance’s $8 billion acquisition of Paramount Global, including CBS, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and Paramount Pictures—ending a long period of deal limbo, but igniting fresh controversy. The 2-1 vote came with some very Trump-era conditions. Skydance agreed to keep CBS News “fair, unbiased, and fact-based” and to ensure a variety of political viewpoints in its content. The company also promised not to implement any DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies—a move that aligns with President Trump’s efforts to dismantle DEI programs across the country. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr celebrated the approval, saying it will restore public trust in media, particularly CBS, which he said was once “storied.” He framed the decision as part of a broader effort to eliminate what he called “invidious” DEI discrimination.

Food Network Star Anne Burrell Died By Suicide

"Food Network" celebrity chef Anne Burrell took her own life, TMZ is reporting. The NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner says the official manner of death was suicide and the cause of death was "acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine." Anne was found unresponsive in her Brooklyn home last month after EMS personnel got a call for a woman in need of assistance. Paramedics couldn’t revive Burrell and she was declared dead.

Donald Trump Reacts To Hulk Hogan's Death

President Trump is paying tribute to his friend and supporter Hulk Hogan. "We lost a great friend today, the 'Hulkster,'" Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Hulk Hogan was MAGA all the way — Strong, tough, smart, but with the biggest heart." Trump then recalled Hogan's support on the 2024 presidential campaign trial, writing about his "absolutely electric speech at the Republican National Convention" which he called "one of the highlights of the entire week." "He entertained fans from all over the World, and the cultural impact he had was massive," Trump continued. "To his wife, Sky, and family, we give our warmest best wishes and love. Hulk Hogan will be greatly missed!"

Wrestling Legend Hulk Hogan Dies At 71

Terry “Hulk Hogan” Bollea died on Thursday, WWE announced. He was 71 years old.

Hogan is survived by his third wife, Sky Daily, and two children, Brooke and Nick. Hogan was married twice before, to Linda Claridge and Jennifer McDaniel.

News of Hogan’s passing was initially reported by TMZ. According to the Clearwater Fire and Police Departments, there was a call for a cardiac arrest at Hogan's Clearwater Beach address, and Hogan was treated by fire and rescue crews before being transported to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Although Hogan’s professional wrestling career began in the late 1970s, his true explosion on the scene didn’t come until the mid-1980s, when he helped Vince McMahon turn the then-WWF from primarily a northeast-based wrestling territory into a national brand, and eventually a multi-billion-dollar company.

During his initial run with McMahon’s promotion, Hogan’s popularity surged, making him easily the most famous and recognized wrestler during the period. Hogan’s entrance music (“Real American”), signature red-and-yellow gear, his catchphrase “Whatcha gonna do, when Hulkamania runs wild on you?” and his dubbing of fans as “Hulkamaniacs” helped make him arguably the most popular babyface of all time. Although Hogan’s matches followed a simple formula — offense, near defeat, “hulking up” before ultimately winning — he remained the biggest draw WWF had at the time.

Hogan’s most famous match came in 1987, when he wrestled Andre the Giant at WrestleMania III. Hogan and Andre had wrestled several times in the past, but none of the previous matches were met with the anticipation or stakes that their showdown at the Pontiac Silverdome did in that match.

In an interview for the 2018 HBO documentary “Andre the Giant,” Hogan recalled the build-up to the show, saying that he wasn’t sure if Andre would follow the plan for the match, allowing Hogan to win and breaking his kayfabe undefeated streak. Hogan’s bodyslam of Andre and ensuing victory were defining moments in professional wrestling history.

Hogan’s run at or near the top of WWE continued into the mid-1990s before he joined WWE’s main competitor at the time, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling. Turner, looking to make a splash and grow his brand beyond the southeast territory, brought in Hogan and several other big-name talents. Hogan’s first few years with WCW were largely forgettable before he became a star for another generation.

Once the top babyface in the business, Hogan would again transcend professional wrestling in 1996, turning heel for the first time in over a decade and forming the New World Order alongside Scott Hall and Kevin Nash at Bash at the Beach. The NWO storyline quickly became one of the hottest in not just professional wrestling, but pop culture at the time, propelling WCW to an 18-month run of beating McMahon’s WWE in television ratings.

When McMahon eventually bought WCW and Hogan returned to WWE in 2002, he did so as his NWO “Hollywood” Hogan character and again captivated audiences at WrestleMania 18, wrestling Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in an instant classic. Hogan would leave WWE again in 2003, wrestling for numerous promotions, including TNA/Impact, over the next decade.

Hogan appeared sporadically on WWE programming — mostly major events such as WrestleMania and anniversary shows — in subsequent years.

Influential as a professional wrestler, Hogan utilized his status to cross over into Hollywood on several occasions. Hogan’s first, non-wrestling role came in 1982’s “Rocky III,” where he played Thunderlips, a professional wrestler that Sylvester Stallone’s character fights during a charity event. Hogan’s most famous roles came in the 1993 film “Mr. Nanny” and the 1994 television series “Thunder in Paradise.” Hogan and his family also appeared on a reality television series, “Hogan Knows Best,” in the mid-2000s.

Myriad scandals plagued Hogan over the years. In 1985, Hogan was involved in an incident with actor Richard Belzer after Hogan placed Belzer in a chokehold at the star’s request. Belzer passed out and suffered a head injury and sued Hogan. Nearly a decade later, Hogan offered testimony in the federal steroid trafficking trial against McMahon.

Most notably, in 2012, a clip from a sex tape involving Hogan and Heather Clem was published online by Gawker. Hogan sued Gawker, and after yearslong litigation, eventually reached a $31 million settlement.

Then, in July 2015, footage from the same sex tape was leaked to Radar Online and the National Enquirer where Hogan was filmed using racial slurs and claiming he was “a little racist.” The incident caused WWE to cut ties with Hogan for several years before eventually reconciling. One of Hogan’s most recent appearances, at Raw’s Netflix debut in January, was met with an overwhelmingly negative reaction from WWE fans.

In recent years, Hogan expanded his platform into a memorabilia shop in Florida as well as a beer company, Real American Beer, and was in the process of launching a freestyle wrestling company, Real American Freestyle, alongside his former WCW colleague, Bischoff.

Hogan took a central role in the 2024 presidential election, delivering a speech at the Republican National Convention last August and introducing former President Donald Trump on the final night.

Despite criticisms about his wrestling style and his transgressions, Hogan remained a major draw and influential figure for the industry. During his six-decade career in professional wrestling, Hogan won countless titles and was inducted into multiple Halls of Fame.

James Cameron Says He's Making A Nuclear Bomb Movie

James Cameron’s next movie won’t be blue aliens—it’ll be nuclear hell. The Avatar director announced he's adapting Ghosts of Hiroshima, an upcoming book by Charles Pellegrino, into a film that he says will be as “unsparing” and emotionally devastating as Schindler’s List and Saving Private Ryan. The story follows a man who miraculously survived both the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombings—a true-life account Cameron plans to bring to screen without pulling a single punch. Cameron didn’t stop at promoting his film—he also threw shade at Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer, calling it a “moral copout” for glossing over the human carnage. “I want to go straight at the third rail,” Cameron said. “I’m just stupid that way.”

"South Park" Creators Trey Parker & Matt Stone Close New Overall Deal: Paramount+ Becomes Show's Global Streaming Home

South Park isn’t going anywhere — in fact, it’s just signed up for five more years of chaos. Co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have inked a new overall deal with Paramount Global through their company Park County, locking in 50 new episodes over five seasons, and securing the show's future through Season 31. In tandem, South Park Digital Studios has struck a $1.5 billion exclusive licensing deal with Paramount+, making the streamer the official U.S. home for all 26 past seasons and future episodes. Starting yesterday, episodes will hit Paramount+ the day after they air on Comedy Central.

White House Targets The View's Joy Behar, Warns Daytime Talker Could Be Next To Get Pulled Off The Air

After Joy Behar joked on-air yesterday that President Trump is "jealous" of Barack Obama—calling him “trim, smart, handsome, happily married”—the White House didn’t just clap back, it dropped a whole press release. In a blistering statement sent to EW.com, Assistant Press Secretary Taylor Rogers labeled Behar an “irrelevant loser” suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and warned The View could be “the next to be pulled off air.” The threat came hot on the heels of The Late Show’s cancellation announcement, following host Stephen Colbert’s claim that CBS’s $16 million settlement with Trump was basically a bribe. With Paramount needing Trump’s FCC to approve a major merger, it’s clear the media chessboard is getting political. Despite the jab about “lowest ratings in TV history,” The View is actually having its most-watched summer in four years, up 5% year-over-year. Behar didn’t respond, but co-host Sunny Hostin chimed in on the show, saying Obama “still lives rent-free” in Trump’s head, adding, “It’s the very swagger that Obama has, that he will never have.”

We love you Ozzy.” Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello shared a photo of himself and Osbourne and captioned it, “Good bless you Ozzy.” Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood shared a pic of himself and Osbourne on X and wrote, “I am so very sad to hear of the death of Ozzy Osbourne. What a lovely goodbye concert he had at Back To The Beginning in Birmingham.” Elton John posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. “So sad to hear the news of @ozzyosbourne passing away,” he wrote, posting a throwback photo of himself and Osbourne. “He was a dear friend and a huge trailblazer who secured his place in the pantheon of rock gods — a true legend. He was also one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. I will miss him dearly.”

Ozzy Osbourne Dies At 76

Ozzy Osbourne, the bat-biting, scream-belting icon behind Black Sabbath and solo hits like "Crazy Train", has died at age 76. His passing comes just weeks after reuniting with Black Sabbath for a final, emotional performance in England. A statement from his family said Ozzy died yesterday morning in Birmingham, surrounded by loved ones. “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey,” the family shared, asking for privacy. Ozzy leaves behind wife Sharon Osbourne, their children Aimee, Kelly, Jack, and Louis, and a legacy that spans decades of headbanging, chaos, and heavy metal history.

Pamela Anderson And Lilam Neeson Can't Keep Their Hands Off Each Other

Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson turned heads—and possibly confirmed romance rumors—at the London premiere of The Naked Gun. The two co-stars couldn’t keep their hands off each other, fueling buzz about their off-screen relationship. Liam, 73, previously confessed he "loved" Pamela, 58, earlier this year, and their cozy red carpet PDA only added fuel to the fire. Pamela wowed in a strapless purple gown, while Liam kept it suave in a grey suit and black T-shirt.

"Ted Lasso" Season 4 Begins Filming In Kansas City

Apple TV+ has officially kicked off production on Season 4 of Ted Lasso, with filming currently underway in Kansas City, Missouri, and later moving to London. This season brings a big twist: Ted Lasso is now coaching a second division women's soccer team, following his emotional return to the U.S. at the end of Season 3 to be closer to his son, Henry—who will now be played by Grant Feely instead of Gus Turner. Although the show was originally pitched as a three-season arc, Apple confirmed a Season 4 in May.

Hunter Biden Slams George Clooney

In a bombshell interview with Channel 5's Andrew Callaghan, Hunter Biden pulled no punches as he blasted high-profile Democrats, liberal pundits, and mainstream media figures in his first public remarks since President Trump’s 2024 victory. Hunter tore into what he called the “Democratic intelligentsia,” mocking their post-election finger-pointing and questioning their qualifications to criticize his father. George Clooney took the hardest hit, with Hunter claiming Clooney fabricated stories about Biden’s memory to justify his New York Times op-ed calling for Joe to drop out of the race. “F**k him, and f**k everybody around him… George Clooney is not a f***ing actor. He’s a brand.”

Malcolm-Jamal Warner (The Cosby Show) Dies At 54 After Drowning On Family Trip

Malcolm-Jamal Warner has died at the age of 54. The actor was in Costa Rica on a family vacation and drowned while swimming. Ellen Degeneres Says She Permanently Moved To The U.K. Because Of Donald Trump

Ellen DeGeneres has confirmed that President Trump's re-election was the tipping point that led her and wife Portia de Rossi to leave the U.S. and permanently settle in the U.K. In her first public appearance since relocating, DeGeneres told broadcaster Richard Bacon during a live event yesterday in Cheltenham that the rumors were true. The couple initially planned to split their time between their California estate and a part-time home in the Cotswolds, but that changed after waking up to texts with crying emojis the morning after Trump was re-elected. Ellen said: “He got in… and we’re like, ‘We’re staying here.’” Since their November move, DeGeneres has embraced countryside life, raving about the beauty, simplicity, and civility of the U.K. She’s enjoying a slower pace, raising chickens (briefly sheep), and watching Portia care for her horses. The couple sold their California estate for $96 million and fully committed to their life across the pond. Ellen added that she’s enchanted by the architecture, polite people, and better animal treatment in England.

A heartbreaking tragedy has struck Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman and his wife Francie. On Saturday night, 13-year-old Anthony Zecca, Francie's grandson and Duane's step-grandson, was accidentally shot and killed by his own father, Gregory Zecca, in their Naples, Florida apartment, according to TMZ. Gregory, 38 — Francie’s son from a previous marriage — reportedly works alongside Duane in his bounty hunting operation. Authorities labeled the shooting a “freak accident” and an “isolated incident.” No arrests have been made. In a joint statement, Duane and Francie said: “We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony.”

Emma Watson Hit With 6-Month Driving Ban In UK

Emma Watson, best known as Hermione Granger from Harry Potter, has been banned from driving in the UK for six months after getting caught speeding—doing 38 mph in a 30 mph zone back on July 31, 2024. She already had nine points on her license, and this new infraction pushed her over the limit. Along with the ban, she was fined nearly $1,400. Watson didn’t attend the five-minute court hearing, but her lawyer told the judge, "She is in a position to pay the fine"—because of course she is. Watson has been living in Oxford, pursuing a master’s in creative writing after stepping back from acting, saying she felt “caged” by the industry.

Pete Davidson Is Going To Be A Dad

Pete Davidson and girlfriend Elsie Hewitt are expecting their first child together, multiple sources confirm. The comedian and the model, who began dating earlier this year, have reportedly taken big steps in their relationship—including moving in together in New York. They made their red carpet debut in May at the Blossom Ball in NYC and were recently seen cozying up during Fourth of July celebrations and at a Celtics-Knicks game at Madison Square Garden. Davidson, who previously dated Madelyn Cline, has long expressed his dream of becoming a father. In a 2022 interview with Kevin Hart, he called it his “favorite thing ever” and said he was preparing to become the best version of himself before starting a family.

"After The Hunt" Trailer: Julia Roberts, Andrew Garfield & Ayo Edebiri Star In Psychological Thriller

Kevin Spacey Urges Release Of Epstein Files, Despite FBI Probe Debunking Client List

Kevin Spacey is calling for full transparency in the Jeffrey Epstein case, demanding on social media that the U.S. government "release the Epstein files — all of them." The actor made the statement in a post on X yesterday, saying: “For those of us with nothing to fear, the truth can’t come soon enough,” while also acknowledging that the media has already dragged him into the scandal. This comes after the Justice Department and FBI issued a memo on July 7, concluding there’s no evidence of a “client list,” no blackmail operation, and no foul play in Epstein’s 2019 jail death, which they reaffirmed was a suicide. These findings directly contradict long-running conspiracy theories and past claims by officials, including former U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi. Spacey’s name had previously been linked to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in the court of public opinion, though no criminal charges were ever filed against him in connection to the case. His own legal troubles — including multiple sexual assault accusations — derailed his career starting in 2017. He was acquitted of nine charges in a 2023 London trial but remains involved in ongoing legal battles, including a new civil lawsuit filed in the UK.

American Idol Executive And Her Husband Are Found Murdered Inside LA Mansion

Robin Kaye, a longtime American Idol music supervisor, and her husband, musician Thomas Deluca, were found shot to death inside their $5 million mansion in Encino, Los Angeles. The couple, both 70, were discovered during a welfare check after family and neighbors hadn’t heard from them in four days. LAPD officers saw blood near the front entrance and entered the home by breaking a window, where they found both victims shot in the head. Authorities are investigating the case as a double homicide, and neighbors reported a potential break-in attempt days earlier, including sightings of someone possibly armed jumping a fence. Police had been called to the home the previous Thursday regarding that incident. Kaye had a distinguished career, supervising music for American Idol for 15 seasons (over 300 episodes), and also worked on shows like Lip Sync Battle, Hollywood Game Night, and the NAACP Image Awards. She was a Guild of Music Supervisors award winner and vocal about how underappreciated her role in the entertainment industry was. Deluca was a musician who released his latest album in 2022. The LAPD has not yet provided further comment as the investigation continues.

UPDATE:
A suspect has been arrested after an American Idol executive and her husband were found dead inside their $5 million Los Angeles mansion. Police arrested 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian yesterday following the grisly discovery of award winning music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband Thomas Deluca, both 70. Boodarian is not believed to have had any relationship with his alleged victims. Police allege he was burglarizing the home on July 10 when the couple unexpectedly arrived home. CCTV footage allegedly shows Boodarian entering the home about 30 minutes before the couple got home. He did not force entry, and instead found an open way to get inside. He allegedly shot them both dead during a struggle. Police believe it was an isolated event, and that Boodarian acted alone.

Beyonce Unreleased Music And Tour Plans Stolen

During Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour stop in Atlanta, thieves broke into the car of her choreographer, Christopher Grant, and dancer Diandre Blue, stealing two suitcases that contained highly sensitive items — including a flash drive with unreleased music, future concert set lists, and footage plans for her upcoming shows. The theft occurred on July 8 in a parking garage at Atlanta’s Krog Street Market. The suspects shattered the trunk window of their Jeep Wagoneer and made off with not only the flash drive but also clothing, designer sunglasses, laptops, and AirPods Max headphones. The Atlanta Police Department has since issued an arrest warrant for a suspect, though no identity has been released yet. One officer tracked the stolen AirPods, which helped locate a suspicious vehicle, but no arrest has been made.

Tom Holland Teases 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' Will Be A Breath Of Fresh Air

Tom Holland has officially confirmed he’ll reprise his role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and he says this fourth installment will feel like a “breath of fresh air” — both for fans and for filmmaking. After the COVID-restricted, soundstage-heavy production of No Way Home, Holland teased that the upcoming movie will return to real locations, starting in Glasgow, in a throwback to the hands-on style of 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. Now that Peter Parker’s identity has been erased from everyone’s memory — thanks to the multiverse-melting spell in No Way Home — the fourquel sets the stage for a reset of sorts, with Peter back to being a nobody in a world that doesn’t remember him. Brand New Day hits theaters July 31, 2026.

Life imitated art later that same year when they quietly began dating after Leoni finalized her divorce from actor David Duchovny in August 2014. Their first public appearance as a couple came in April 2015 at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, where they sat alongside Bob Schieffer and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.

Michelle Pfeiffer Launches Attack On Bill gates And Suggests He'll Contaminate America's Food Supply

Michelle Pfeiffer just broke her Hollywood silence to take a surprising jab at Bill Gates, warning that his influence may be contaminating America’s food supply. The actress took to Instagram to voice concern over Apeel — a Gates-backed, plant-based coating meant to extend the shelf life of fruits and veggies. Pfeiffer posted a video warning that “organic produce is no longer safe,” adding that the coating “cannot be seen or washed off.” Apeel, originally funded by a Gates Foundation grant in 2012, says otherwise — claiming the coating can be scrubbed off, is edible, and is made from plant oils already found in common foods, including baby formula. The company is now funded by other investors like Andreessen Horowitz, and Gates reportedly has no current involvement. Despite the science, Pfeiffer’s post tapped into ongoing conspiracy theories surrounding Gates — from COVID vaccine microchip hysteria to his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, which even his ex-wife Melinda cited as part of the reason for their split.

Donald Trump Threatens To Revoke Rosie O'Donnell's Citizenship

President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that he's “seriously considering” revoking Rosie O’Donnell’s U.S. citizenship, claiming she’s a “threat to humanity” and suggesting she should stay in Ireland, where she recently moved. He added, “GOD BLESS AMERICA!” Here's the catch: he legally can’t. Rosie was born in New York, and under the 14th Amendment, U.S. citizenship can't be stripped from someone born here without their consent—no matter how much you dislike their stand-up specials. O'Donnell, a longtime Trump critic, moved to Ireland earlier this year, saying she’ll return when “all citizens have equal rights in America.”

An insider claims Brady even asked to switch seats at dinner just to sit next to the actress aboard the Ritz-Carlton’s Luminara. Sources told Page Six it’s a “summer romance,” while TMZ downplayed the buzz, calling it a “summer fling.” Either way, the two are “having fun” — though not officially a couple.

HBO Max Name To Return This Week, Ending Ill-Fated Max Era

After two years as just Max, Warner Bros. Discovery is hitting the undo button and returning its flagship streaming service to the name HBO Max—effective today. The rebrand was originally announced in a "surprise-but-not-really" moment last May during the company’s upfronts, drawing chuckles and applause from advertisers when execs basically said, “Yeah... our bad.” The 2023 name change to Max was meant to reflect the blending of HBO's prestige programming with Discovery's unscripted content. But that fusion didn’t quite land—viewers binging The White Lotus weren’t exactly sticking around for My Lottery Dream Home. Internally, the company admitted the name drop was a branding fumble, especially since HBO remains one of the most powerful names in entertainment.

Superman Reboot Gets Slammed By Critics

James Gunn’s new Superman movie, hitting theaters July 11, is already generating heat. While some critics are tearing it apart as a “convoluted mess” and the supposed "final nail in the superhero genre’s coffin," fans online are declaring it one of the best Superman films ever. Starring David Corenswet as the caped hero and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, the film is Gunn’s big swing at rebooting the DC Universe. But early reviews—some leaked before embargo—have not been kind. One savage takedown from the Daily Beast criticized the film for a humorless, chaotic plot, shallow characters, and “woke clichés” like Superman rescuing squirrels and using the word “dude.” Nicholas Hoult’s take on Lex Luthor got little praise either, with one reviewer saying they weren’t sure “what” he was doing. Others accused Gunn of throwing “every Superman comic and every James Gunn film into a blender and hitting purée.” However, not all feedback has been negative. The Sunday Times called it “a triumph,” praising Corenswet’s earnest portrayal and Gunn’s bright, hopeful tone—far from the brooding Snyder-era Superman. Even Gunn defended the shift, saying audiences today want heroes who are “good and decent human beings.”

Maren Morris, Lana Del Rey And More Musicians Speak Out In Wake Of Deadly Texas Floods

As the death toll from the Texas floods climbs to at least 94, musicians across genres are speaking out and stepping up to help. The catastrophic flooding, caused by record-breaking rainfall that overwhelmed the Guadalupe River, has devastated central and southern Texas, including beloved summer spots like Camp Mystic, where 10 campers and a counselor remain missing. Texas native Maren Morris posted images and called for donations to the Texas Hill Country Community Foundation, while Lana Del Rey, though not from the region, expressed her sorrow and support in an emotional message referencing the state’s influence on her music. Billie Eilish shared a video from Texas Parks and Wildlife, calling the situation “so sad,” and Shakira, ahead of a San Antonio concert, announced that part of her show’s proceeds would go to Catholic Charities of San Antonio, which is providing flood relief.

Robert Irwin Apologizes For Dining And Dashing At Popular Restaurant

Robert Irwin has apologized after accidentally skipping out on the bill at a restaurant in Coffs Harbour, Australia. The 21-year-old wildlife conservationist and son of the late Steve Irwin explained in an Instagram video that the oversight happened while he was road-tripping along the East Coast. After ordering a salad at the Jetty Pavilion, Irwin got caught up in a frenzy of fan interactions and forgot to pay before leaving. The next morning, realizing his mistake, he contacted the restaurant and offered to pay remotely. However, the staff graciously let it slide, simply asking for a good review. Irwin went a step further, encouraging his 7.6 million followers to support the small business and promising to return in person to settle the bill. In response, the restaurant thanked him warmly, even joking they might name a salad after him. Irwin, who now works at Australia Zoo with his sister Bindi, ended his video by quipping, “Today is not the day I start my life of crime.”

Speaking to The National News, Pitt explained that he and Cruise both wanted to drive in the film, with Cruise aiming to play Carroll Shelby and Pitt wanting the role of Ken Miles. When Cruise realized Shelby wouldn’t be doing much driving in the script, he backed out. The film, eventually released in 2019 and directed by James Mangold, starred Matt Damon and Christian Bale and became a critical and commercial success. Pitt added that the original version, which was to be directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick), was also scrapped due to studio concerns over budget.

"One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" Spinoff Series In The Works

A One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest TV series adaptation is officially in development, according to producer Paul Zaentz, nephew of original film producer Saul Zaentz. Speaking on the CK Café podcast, Zaentz revealed that he has signed a deal with the widow of author Ken Kesey to develop the series, which will finally tell the story from Chief Bromden’s perspective — just as the original 1962 novel did. The first season will center on Chief's experience inside the psychiatric hospital, while a potential second season would explore what happens after his escape. Zaentz emphasized that unlike typical movie remakes, a series format allows for deeper character development. The announcement also coincides with the 50th anniversary of the 1975 Oscar-winning film. A 4K restoration of Cuckoo’s Nest will be re-released on over 1,000 U.S. screens this month by Fathom Entertainment.

Merit Street also filed a lawsuit against TBN, accusing it of failing to uphold key distribution promises.

Paramount Settles Donald Trump Lawsuit, Clearing Path For Skydance Merger

Paramount Global has reached a $16 million settlement with Donald Trump, resolving his $20 billion lawsuit over a controversial 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris, clearing the way for its long-delayed merger with Skydance Media. The lawsuit, filed against CBS News and Paramount, accused the company of promoting what Trump called a biased interview during the 2024 election. While the settlement includes no formal apology, Paramount has agreed that 60 Minutes will now release transcripts of interviews with presidential candidates after they air — with redactions allowed for legal or national security reasons. The settlement removes a major obstacle to the merger, which had been held up by FCC review. Though the FCC insisted the legal case and the regulatory process were separate, the lawsuit slowed things down. The merger can now proceed — although a "news distortion" complaint against 60 Minutes remains under review.

Ryan Seacrest sparked concern among fans after posting a recent Instagram photo dump showing his noticeably slimmer appearance. Ryan shared snapshots of his life "lately," including full-body photos in a khaki outfit, close-ups of his face, and clips of his workouts and meals. Fans quickly commented on his leaner frame, with some saying he looked “frail,” “gaunt,” or “too skinny,” prompting speculation about his health. Others even compared him to Marc Anthony due to his thin appearance. Despite the concern, many followers also praised his apparent happiness and defended him against body-shaming.

Guy Fieri Faces Lawsuit From Food Network Reality Show Winner For Failed Restaurant

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri is facing a lawsuit from Kevin Cooper, the winner of his 2022 Food Network reality show Guy’s Chance of a Lifetime, over a failed franchise deal. The show awarded Cooper the opportunity to run a Chicken Guy restaurant, along with a promised $100,000 salary, waived franchise fees, legal support, and coverage of first-year operating losses. Cooper’s Chicken Guy location opened at the King of Prussia Mall near Philadelphia in February 2024, but closed just over a year later in February 2025. Now, Cooper is suing Fieri’s Chicken Guy LLC and Earl Enterprises, alleging he never received the promised salary or financial assistance, including $69,000 in operational losses, with $39,000 of that tied to unpaid sales tax. While Fieri’s reps have not commented, Cooper shared a cryptic and emotional video on Instagram, reflecting on faith, forgiveness, and staying silent out of fear of being seen as “another Black man pushing the blame.” He emphasized he's not bitter, but ready to speak his truth, saying, “I am completely free, and now I’ve got something to say.” Cooper is known to Food Network fans from previous appearances on Cooks vs. Cons, Guy’s Grocery Games, and Fire Masters.

Fatwa Declared On Trump By Top Iranian Cleric

A leading Iranian cleric, Grand Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi, has issued a fatwa against President Trump, labeling him an “enemy of God.” Shirazi also included Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the declaration, accusing both of committing “mobareb” — an Islamic legal term meaning waging war against God. In the fatwa, Shirazi declared that any support or cooperation with Trump or Netanyahu by Muslims or Islamic states is strictly forbidden (haram). He urged Muslims worldwide to take a stand, saying they must make these leaders “regret their words and mistakes.” Shirazi also stated that Muslims who endure hardship or loss while opposing these figures will be rewarded as fighters in the path of God, adding spiritual significance to resistance efforts. The fatwa reflects heightened religious and political tensions between Iran and the U.S.–Israel alliance.
