Netflix just dropped a look at Apex, and it’s basically “nature hike gone horribly wrong…with a psychopath.” The film stars Charlize Theron as a grieving rock climber trying to reset her life in the Australian wilderness. Instead, she ends up getting hunted for sport by Taron Egerton. The setup: she’s out there testing her limits, and suddenly the real test becomes survival. Egerton plays the kind of guy you absolutely do not want making eye contact with you in the woods—calm, calculating, and treating humans like a weekend hobby. Apex hits Netflix April 24.
