"South Park" Season 27 To Return August 6th After Brief Hiatus
South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker aren’t backing down in their satire of President Trump. After the Season 27 premiere—which depicted Trump crawling into bed with Satan, lamenting the size of his manhood (twice), and facing a $5 billion lawsuit after the town rioted over Jesus being brought into a classroom—the show is on a brief, pre-planned hiatus. A rerun will air instead this week, with new episodes resuming August 6. A promo for the upcoming second episode teases more heat: Trump and Satan get flirty at a black tie dinner, where the president strokes Satan’s leg under the table while being praised for his “courage.” Satan isn’t having it and slaps his hand away. Meanwhile, Cartman unleashes on classmate Bebe, accusing her of hating America and loving abortion—backed by PC Principal, who’s now rebranded as “Power Christian.”
