CDS Violation: 26-78364
On September 8, 2026, Deputy Flaherty responded to the 11800 block of HG Truman Road in Lusby for a reported CDS violation involving a male subject inhaling/huffing air dusters. Upon arrival, Deputy Flaherty observed the suspect, Richard Allan Watson, 57, of California, MD, slouched over the steering wheel, appearing disoriented and inebriated. Watson was holding two cans of “Blow Off” air dusters. Several additional air dusters and air-duster straws were observed inside the vehicle. Watson was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center and charged with CDS-Inhale Harmful Substance.
Damaged Property: 26-79778
On September 13, 2026, Deputy Mister responded to the Calvert County Fairgrounds located at 140 Calvert Fair Dr, Prince Frederick, MD 20678 for a report of damaged property. The complaint advised many several vehicles were at the fairgrounds, mostly pickup trucks doing burnouts on the property. Deputies observed black tire marks on the asphalt, grass torn up and the gravel roads to be torn up. The estimated value of damaged property is $900.
Disorderly Conduct: 26-79298
On September 11, 2026, Deputy Morgal responded to a call for a disorderly subject in front of Tiki Bar located at 85 Charles St in Solomons. Dispatch advised there was a male subject on his bike parked in the middle of the street, yelling and attempting to fight people. Deputies observed the suspect identified as Brian Wade Osborne, 49, of Solomons screaming at individuals who were inside the Tiki Bar. Osborne had an empty fireball shooter in his hands and a strong order of alcohol emitting from his breath. Osborne was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Intoxicated Public Disturbance and Disorderly Conduct.
Fleeing and Eluding: 26-78788
On September 9, 2026, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Deputy Parrott stopped a vehicle for expired registration near the North Beach Firehouse. The driver, Nicky De Bouveret Tyson, 61, of Washington, D.C., drove away from the stop after failing to follow deputies’ commands. Tyson later stopped near the 8700 block of C Street and was taken into custody. Tyson was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center and charged with Fleeing and Eluding and other related traffic offenses.
