Paris Jackson is asking a judge to order her late father Michael Jackson’s estate to transfer $600 million into a family trust for her and her two brothers. She argues the estate has generated billions since his death in 2009, but the trust remains unfunded. The estate disputes her claims, saying more than $200 million has already been distributed for the children’s benefit and that outstanding IRS litigation must be resolved before the trust can be fully funded. A judge is scheduled to hear Paris’ request December 4.
