Berry also can no longer have overnight visits with their son, according to TMZ, but Martinez’s request to restrict her holiday custody was denied. The judge dissolved Berry’s domestic violence restraining order, and she retains joint legal custody with tie-breaking authority on major disagreements. The ruling comes amid a bitter custody battle that included allegations Berry denies. The judge is expected to reconsider custody arrangements in November.
