Olivier Martinez is seeking sole custody of his and Halle Berry’s 12-year-old son, Maceo, after accusing the actress in court documents of physically abusing him. Martinez alleges Berry jumped on and choked their son during a September 26 incident and claims there have been other alleged incidents, including wrestling Maceo to the ground and putting him in chokeholds. Martinez has filed for a restraining order seeking to keep Berry 100 yards away from him and their son. He also wants her to complete a batterer intervention program and undergo sobriety testing while caring for Maceo. Berry's representatives had not responded to the Daily Mail's request for comment. The former couple currently share 50-50 custody. Their divorce was finalized in 2023 after years of custody disputes. Martinez's filing also alleges past verbal and emotional abuse and claims Berry previously slapped their son.
