President Trump is calling for ABC and its parent company Disney to fire Jimmy Kimmel after the late?night host referred to Melania Trump as “an expectant widow” during his show two days before the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. In a post on Truth Social, the president said Kimmel “should be immediately fired,” criticizing both the remark and a comedy bit in which Kimmel showed a fake video depicting Melania and their son Barron appearing to sit in his studio audience. Trump said the clip was misleading and insisted they were not present and “never would be.”
