Selena Gomez Raises $600,000 For Mental Health Serivces

Selena Gomez proved once again that her heart is as big as her career. On Wednesday night, the singer, actress, and beauty mogul hosted her third annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit in Los Angeles — pulling in over $600,000 for youth mental health charities. Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the event featured live performances from Laufey and The Marías, and drew a guest list packed with A-listers including Lil Dicky, Jake Shane, Jay Shetty, and Gomez’s husband Benny Blanco. “This night is a celebration of how far we’ve come and a powerful reminder of how much more we can do together,” Gomez said in a statement, thanking Kimmel and The Marías for helping her spotlight mental health awareness. The fundraiser is part of Gomez’s larger goal to raise $100 million through the Rare Impact Fund, which she launched in 2020 alongside her Rare Beauty brand. The mission: expand access to global mental health services and education for young people.
