Donald Trump Says Andrea Bocelli Will Perform At White House In December
President Trump announced that world-renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli will perform at the White House on December 5, following Bocelli’s visit to the Oval Office last week. During the meeting, Bocelli serenaded the president and staff with his signature song “Con Te Partirò,” as music filled both the Oval Office and the surrounding grounds. The performance will come just two days before the Kennedy Center Honors, which President Trump will personally host this year — a notable shift from past ceremonies. Trump will also play a major role in selecting the honorees, who include Sylvester Stallone, Gloria Gaynor, KISS, Michael Crawford, and George Strait.
