John Malkovich is joining Vince Vaughn in Season 2 of Apple TV+’s Bad Monkey. He’ll play Spencer, the boss of a South Florida crime syndicate. Unlike the first season, which pulled from Carl Hiaasen’s Bad Monkey novel, Season 2 won’t adapt Razor Girl just yet. Instead, it’ll tell an original story that keeps key characters like Natalie Martinez’s Rosa in the spotlight.
