To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Wars in 2027, Star Wars: A New Hope will return to theaters for a limited time. The original 1977 film, starring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher, will screen on April 30 and May 4 (Star Wars Day) as part of the milestone celebration. Disney and Lucasfilm called it a “once-in-a-generation event”, with more details promised soon on the official website.
