Jelly Roll Reveals Why He Won't Perform In Nashville Again Until 2027
Jelly Roll has announced that he won’t perform in Nashville again until 2027 — and it’s all part of a dream. During a May 30 performance at Bridgestone Arena, Jelly told fans that he wants to be the first artist to play the new Nissan Stadium when it opens in spring 2027. He paused his set to share the emotional goal, saying, “Let the local boy live a dream... I believe in Nashville.” The country singer reflected on his journey — from selling out Bridgestone Arena three times to growing up in Nashville and spending time in jail and juvenile detention. Jelly previously donated a recording studio to the juvenile center where he first discovered music. He now owns a bar on Broadway called Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville and is currently on the Big A** Stadium Tour with Post Malone, with stops through July 1.
