Despite selling the brand, Hailey will stay on as chief creative officer, head of innovation, and a strategic advisor at e.l.f. Justin Bieber celebrated the big news on Instagram with a photo of Hailey and a screenshot of her statement about Rhode’s next chapter. While he kept the caption simple with a teary-eyed emoji and a heart, it comes shortly after he posted (and deleted) an apology for “underestimating” her — around the same time she landed the cover of Vogue's June 2025 issue. Justin also praised Hailey for Rhode’s upcoming launch in Sephora stores across North America, writing: “Damn I know you been excited for this babesss.”
