The Last of Us will last at least one more season. HBO has renewed the dystopian drama for Season 3. The renewal comes ahead of the show’s highly anticipated Season 2 premiere this Sunday. The post-apocalyptic drama is set decades after a fungal outbreak turned most of humanity into zombie-like creatures known as “infected.” In Season 2, Pedro Pascal’s Joel and Bella Ramsey’s Ellie are living in Jackson, Wyo., and dealing with the emotional fallout from the events of the Season 1 finale.
