The lawsuit alleges Hostin knowingly provided fraudulent medical services, including arthroscopic surgeries, and disguised kickbacks as dividends or other payments. Hostin’s attorney, Daniel Thwaites, has denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit meritless and an intimidation tactic by a struggling insurance carrier.
