After what was described as a “heated” auction, William Morrow snagged the rights to The Steps, a new memoir written by Sylvester Stallone. William Morrow will publish the memoir in the U.S. next year. The book was sold by UTA to Mauro DePreta at William Morrow. All parties declined to discuss monetary figures, but sources say negotiations concluded around a seven-figure sum.
