Scarlett Johansson is in talks to join the Jurassic World reboot at Universal. This puts Johansson in business with another major movie franchise following her Black Widow days at Marvel. Universal is assembling the project quickly for a July 2, 2025, release. The new movie is a fresh take on a Jurassic era with Jurassic World castmembers Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard not expected to return, nor the original trilogy’s Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill.
