“Jackass” star Bam Margera has been placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold following a spiral of disturbing behavior culminating in the star threatening to smoke crack until he’s dead unless he could see his son. Bam, who is embroiled in a nasty custody battle with estranged wife Nicole Boyd who he claims is keeping him from son Phoenix, five, has sparked mass concern with his social media rants - and has been deemed a danger to himself and others. LAPD police officers found him at Trejo's Tacos on Sunday by tracking his phone - and called in a psychiatric evaluation team. It was claimed when they met with Bam, they determined he needed to be placed under a 5150. He was taken to a mental health facility but it’s unclear if he is still getting treatment.
