According to a friend, Cameron Diaz is unlikely to make a return to Hollywood anytime soon due to the grueling work hours that have kept her away from her husband Benji Madden and their three-year-old daughter, Raddix. Although the actress had officially retired from the industry in 2018, she was convinced to come out of retirement by her close friend Jamie Foxx to star in the action-comedy Back In Action. However, the project hit a snag when Jamie had a meltdown on set, resulting in the firing of three people. Sources close to Diaz now say that, while she has no issues with Jamie, the experience has left her hesitant to return to the world of film due to the long workdays and the constant drama and confrontation on set. "Being away from Raddix for back-to-back 10-hour workdays has been tough on her," the friend revealed to the Daily Mail.
