Home Improvement actor Tim Allen was caught on camera flashing one of his co-stars in unearthed footage - just days after he denied doing the same to Pam Anderson. A blooper from the 90s TV show shows Allen lifting up his kilt in front of his on-screen wife Patricia Richardson who appears to laugh off the incident. The video casts doubt on Allen's statement that he would “never do such a thing” when accused by Anderson of also flashing her on the Home Improvement set. However Richardson has insisted her co-star was “well dressed” underneath the kilt in the uncovered footage and was wearing a pair of boxer shorts. Pam claimed that Tim flashed his genitals to her on the same Home Improvement set. The incident allegedly happened in 1991 when the Baywatch star was just 23 and playing the role of Lisa in the show. In her new book, “Love, Pamela,” Anderson writes: “On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly - completely naked underneath.”
