Kristen Steward Calls Twilight 'Such A Gay Movie'

In a new interview with Variety, Kristen Stewart got candid about her movie-making career. The actress revealed that she now recognizes queerness in her Twilight franchise and expressed her disdain for filming Charlie's Angels. “I can only see it now, I don’t think it necessarily started off that way, but I also think that the fact that I was there at all, it was percolating,” Stewart - who came out in 2017 - said of the 2008 teen vampire romance. “It’s such a gay movie.” As for Elizabeth Banks' 2019 reboot of Charlie's Angels, Kristen admitted: “I hated making that movie. I don’t know what else to say.” She then referenced the original 2000 film featuring Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, and Drew Barrymore, adding, “Honestly, the three … you can’t touch [that]. Cameron, Lucy and Drew … I love that movie. I love that movie! If that says anything.”
