Kevin Costner's estranged wife Christine Baumgartner is saying the actor has been withholding his financial records amid their ongoing divorce. Baumgartner, who on May 1 filed for divorce from the actor, said in legal documents Monday that Costner has withheld documents in the case. Baumgartner has been asking for docs detailing his future endeavors and anticipated income in projects such as his forthcoming film series Horizon. Baumgartner, a handbag designer, requested the court order Costner to share the documents requested. Baumgartner's legal team said Costner has been stonewalling them in regards to sharing pertinent info with a child support hearing scheduled for next week, and one in November that will scrutinize the premarital agreement in the case.
