Star Entertainment News
2017 is behind us, and the New Year promises plenty of special musical moments, thanks to stars ranging from Taylor to Timberlake.  Here's a peek at what we can look forward to music-wise in 2018.

Taylor Swift

Taylor will kick off her Reputation stadium tour May 8 in Glendale, Arizona.  We'll be looking to see if the tour will feature special guest artists at nearly every stop, as her 1989 trek did.  We'll also be waiting for Taylor's video for "End Game," which she was spotted filming in the last weeks of December.  The rumors that Katy Perry is in the video may or may not be true, but 2018 might be the year that the two finally bury the hatchet.

We'll also be looking to see if Taylor gets an Oscar nomination January 23, for her 50 Shades of Gray song "I Don't Wanna Live Forever."  That song has already earned her a Grammy nod, and we'll find out if she wins that on January 28; that same night, she may also win the Best Country Song trophy for writing the #1 Little Big Town hit "Better Man."

Finally, we'll be looking to see if Taylor will do any interviews to promote either Reputation or the tour. Unlike her previous album launches, she's made very few TV appearances, and hasn't done any sit-downs with any media outlet.

Justin Timberlake

JT will be performing during the halftime show of Super Bowl 52 in Minnesota in early February.  It'll be his second time being part of the halftime show, and his first since the notorious Nipplegate scandal of 2004.  Among the questions we have: Will Justin make reference to Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" during his performance?  Will his 'N SYNC bandmates join him, considering this year will mark the 20th anniversary of their first single?  And will he be performing any new music?

Regarding the "new music" question, there are rumors that we could get a new single from Justin as early as this Friday, January 5.  As for a new album release in 2018, well, we'll just have to stay tuned.
